Life Care Planning
We provide both plaintiff and defense work, promoting fair, objective, credible testimony and using a scientific method that has been proven repeatedly. Our Life Care Plans include document review, home and work assessments, client interviews, relevant research, communication with providers, probable costs associated with the injury, an assessment of the quality of life after the injury, and future needs based on the findings.
Our Life Care Plans are prepared for both Catastrophic and Non-Catastrophic Injuries.
Functional Capacity Evaluations
Our physician comes to your client, conducts the testing, and then provides you with a solid and objective data-driven report. Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE's) are done to establish a worker's ability to safely fulfill general physical demands. The FCE analyzes a person's physical health, mental health, and structure to ensure that the individual is safe at home and at work.
These evaluations can be used to provide additional possibilities for workers in terms of education, training, and/or rehabilitation recommendations. They can be broad and transferable, or they can be tailored to a specific trade.
